If the USB WI-FI adapter is not blinking:

Gogogate 2 is only compatible with 2.4 GHz (802.11b / 802.11g / 802.11n) Wi-Fi networks.

Please make sure your network supports at least one of the above standards.

If the USB Wi-Fi adapter stops blinking for a few seconds:

The Gogogate2 device is not capable to connect to your Wi-Fi network because one of the following reasons:

• Wi-Fi password is NOT correct (IMPORTANT: system is case sensitive. Pay attention to capital letters, blank spaces and special characters)
• Encryption type is NOT correct. To find your networks encryption, please click here (link a FAQ’s).

SOLUTION: Press the RESET button for 5 seconds until you hear 2-3 beeps. Then re-program the Gogogate2 device from the beginning.
